منصة قسيمة ونقاط C&P هي:

منصة ولاء الكترونية تعمل كوسيط بين الشركاء التجاريين الراغبين في منح عملائهم نقاط عند الشراء وبين العملاء الأعضاء. بحيث يمنح الشريك التجاري نقاط للعميل عند شراء القسيمة الخاصة به ويستطيع العميل العضو الاستفادة من هذه النقاط لدى أي شريك تجاري آخر وذلك بشراء قسيمة حسب رصيد العميل ورصيد قسائم الشريك التجاري.

التعريفات

المنصة: هي تطبيق الجوال لمنصة قسيمة ونقاط C&P.
العميل العضو: هو الشخص الفرد المشارك والمسجل في منصة قسيمة و نقاط C&P.
الشريك التجاري: هو الكيان المشارك (مؤسسة – شركة – متجر) في المنصة والذي يمنح نقاط للعملاء للاعضاء عند الشراء منه.
القسيمة: هي القسيمة التي يقوم العميل العضو بشرائها عبر منصة قسيمة ونقاطC&P ويستخدمها عند الشراء من الجهة المشاركة.
رصيد العميل: الفرق بين مجموع النقاط التي اكتسبها العميل من الشركاء التجاريين والنقاط التي استخدمها نفس العميل .
رصيد قسائم الشريك التجاري: هي القسائم التي يمكن للشريك التجاري عرضها بعد تحقيق الشروط اللازمة
نسبة منح النقاط: هي النسبة التي يمنحها الشريك التجاري للعميل عند الشراء وتمنح على شكل نقاط تحسب من قيمة فاتورة الشراء حسب الأصناف المحددة من المتجر.
المبلغ المسترد او الرصيد النقدي: هو المبلغ المسترد من قيمة القسيمة المرتجعة أو الملغية او القسيمة التي انتهت صلاحيتها.

بتسجيل الدخول أو الاشتراك في منصة قسيمة ونقاط C&P كعميل عضو او شريك تجاري تتم الموافقة تلقائيا على الشروط والاحكام:

يشترط ان تكون عضوية العميل العضو في المنصة صالحة و سارية المفعول لاكتساب النقاط المحصلة من الشريك التجاري و استخدام القسائم للقيام بالعمليات الشرائية .
دون الإخلال بأي من الشروط والأحكام, يستطيع أي شخص أن ينضم إلى المنصة واعتباره عميل عضو من خلال تسجيل اشتراكه في المنصة.
يُمنح العميل نقاطا عند الشراء من الشريك التجاري بنفس النسب الموضحة في التطبيق. وبالإمكان تغيير تلك النسب حسب ما هو مناسب ويحقق الفائدة للمنصة وللشريك التجاري وللعميل.
يستطيع العميل معرفة النقاط التي سيكتسبها عند الشراء من أي شريك تجاري بالدخول الى المنصة واختيار الشريك التجاري الذي يرغب الشراء منه والاطلاع على نسبة منح النقاط.
مدة سريان فعالية النقاط المكتسبة هي 180 يوم من تاريخ اكتسابها شرط الا تكون النقاط المكتسبة هي نقاط ترويجية.
لا يحق للعميل الاعتراض على نسبة منح النقاط التي تم تحديدها في التطبيق.
عند شراء العميل العضو قسيمة ستقوم المنصة مباشرة بخصم جزء من مبلغ القسيمة من رصيد نقاط العميل ويدفع باقي مبلغ القسيمة اما من المبلغ المسترد ان وجد او عن طريق بوابة الدفع الالكتروني في التطبيق.
أي قسيمة تحتاج الى كشط قبل الاستخدام، يمكن الغائها فقط قبل الكشط أما إذا تم كشطها فلا يمكن الغائها وبالتالي لا يمكن استرداد النقاط او المبلغ المستخدم في شراءها.
يتم خصم النقاط المكتسبة في حال الإرجاع من رصيد نقاط العميل او من المبلغ المسترد في حال عدم توفرها في رصيد النقاط
يحق للشريك التجاري وضع شروط على القسائم الخاصة به، ويجب على العميل العضو قراءة الشروط قبل شراء القسيمة، ويحق للشريك التجاري رفض القسيمة إذا لم تستوفي الشروط.
الطريقة الوحيدة للاستفادة من النقاط هي استخدامها في عمليات الشراء من أحد المتاجر المشاركة.
إذا تبيّن أن العميل العضو يقوم بأي مخالفة على أي نحو، فإنه يفقد النقاط المتراكمة، وتحتفظ المنصة بالحق في تعليق أو إلغاء عضويته فوراً دون أدنى مسؤولية قانونية.
يتم إنشاء حساب للعميل العضو يتضمن بياناته الشخصية لغرض تجميع رصيد النقاط في حسابه.
على العميل العضو إخطار المنصة بأي تغيير في بياناته الشخصية، ولن تعدّ المنصة مسؤولةً عن فقدان العضوية أو النقاط المتجمعة فيها لسبب يرجع إلى عدم تحديث البيانات الشخصية.
في حال إلغاء شريك تجاري شراكته مع منصة قسيمة ونقاط C&P ورفض السماح للعملاء الأعضاء باستخدام قسائمهم لديه فيحق للمنصة إلغاء النقاط التي اكتسبها العملاء من ذلك الشريك.
تحتفظ المنصة بالحق في اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة إذا تم الاشتباه أو الكشف عن أي نشاط يدل على الاحتيال، وإضافة إلى ذلك، قد يكون العميل العضو مسؤولاً عن أي خسائر قد تلحق بالمنصة بما في ذلك تكاليف التقاضي والأضرار.
يحق للعميل العضو المطالبة بأي نقاط غير مضافة إلى حساب عضويته بناء على مشترياته وذلك بمطالبة الشريك التجاري بتعميد تلك النقاط.
ستعمل المنصة ما في وسعها لتلافي أي إخلال يتصل بالخدمات المقدمة عبر المنصة، ولن يعتبر هذا الوعد ضماناً بعدم انقطاع الخدمة أو تعطل السيرفرات او تعطل المنصة. والمنصة لن تكون مسؤولةً عن التعويض عن أي عمليات ذات صلة أو عن أي أخطاء تشغيلية قد تحدث عند تقديم أي من الخدمات للعميل العضو.
المنصة غير مسؤولة على أي نحو عن أي أضرار أو خسائر أو تكاليف تكبدها و / أو التي يتكبدها أي عميل عضو، سواء كان بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة، كنتيجة لاشتراكه بالمنصة.
تسري العضوية مادام منصة قسيمة و نقاط C&P قائمة و ما لم تلغى العضوية وفقا للشروط والأحكام.
تعتبر الشروط والأحكام لمنصة "قسيمة و نقاط C&P" مع تغييراتها نهائية وملزمة بحق العملاء الأعضاء، وتحتفظ المنصة بالحق في إجراء أي تعديلات أو تغيير معايير اكتساب النقاط واستبدالها في أي وقت، أو إنهاء منصة قسيمة و نقاط C&P بدون إشعار مسبق.واذا فقد العميل العضو شرطا أو أكثر من شروط اكتساب العضوية أو فقد أهليته النظامية لأي سبب أو خالف العميل العضو أياً من الشروط والأحكام، ، فان المنصة تحتفظ بحقها الحصري في إلغاء اشتراك العضو أو حجب رصيد النقاط بدون الرجوع للعميل العضو.
يحق للمنصة رفض اصدار العضوية في أي وقت ولاي سبب في حال الاشتباه بأعمال قد تضر بسياسة المنصة، واذا تم انهاء العضوية او إيقاف التعامل مع عضوية العميل العضو او الغاء المنصة لاي سبب وفي أي وقت، تلغى تلقائيا جميع النقاط المكتسبة للعميل العضو المسجلة في العضوية. على ان يتم إعادة المبلغ المسترد المتبقي للعميل العضو ان وجد.
جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية الخاصة بالمنصة التي ترتبط بالأسماء والشعارات والعلامات التجارية المملوكة لها أو المتعلقة بالمنصة محميةً بمقتضى النظام.

Coupon & Points C&P is:

An electronic loyalty platform that acts as an intermediary between participating business partners who wish to reward their customers with points upon purchase and registered member customers. A business partner awards points to a customer when the customer purchases the partner's voucher. The member customer may then use those points with any other participating business partner by purchasing a voucher, subject to the customer's points balance and the business partner's available voucher balance.

Definitions

Platform: The Coupon & Points C&P mobile application.
Member Customer: An individual who participates in and is registered with Coupon & Points C&P.
Business Partner: A participating entity, whether an establishment, company, or store, that awards points to member customers when they purchase from it.
Voucher: A voucher purchased by a member customer through Coupon & Points C&P and used when purchasing from a participating entity.
Customer Balance: The difference between the total points earned by the customer from business partners and the points used by that customer.
Business Partner Voucher Balance: The vouchers that a business partner may make available after satisfying the applicable requirements.
Points Award Rate: The rate at which a business partner awards points to a customer upon purchase. The points are calculated from the purchase invoice value according to the items specified by the store.
Refunded Amount or Cash Balance: The amount refunded from the value of a returned, cancelled, or expired voucher.

Terms and Conditions

By signing in to or registering with Coupon & Points C&P as a member customer or business partner, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:

The member customer's membership must be valid and active in order to earn points awarded by a business partner and to use vouchers for purchase transactions.
Without prejudice to any of these terms and conditions, any person may join the platform and become a member customer by registering through the platform.
The customer is awarded points when purchasing from a business partner according to the rates displayed in the application. These rates may be changed as appropriate to achieve benefit for the platform, the business partner, and the customer.
The customer may view the points they will earn when purchasing from any business partner by opening the platform, selecting the relevant business partner, and reviewing the displayed points award rate.
Earned points are valid for 180 days from the date they are earned, unless the points are promotional points.
The customer may not object to the points award rate specified in the application.
When a member customer purchases a voucher, the platform will immediately deduct part of the voucher amount from the customer's points balance. The customer will pay the remaining amount using any available refunded amount or through the application's electronic payment gateway.
A voucher that requires scratching or revealing before use may only be cancelled before it is scratched or revealed. Once it has been scratched or revealed, it cannot be cancelled, and the points or amount used to purchase it cannot be refunded.
If a purchase is returned, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the customer's points balance or, if the points balance is insufficient, from the customer's refunded amount.
A business partner may impose conditions on its vouchers. The member customer must read those conditions before purchasing a voucher, and the business partner may reject a voucher if its conditions are not satisfied.
The only way to benefit from points is to use them for purchases from participating stores.
If a member customer is found to have committed any violation, the customer will forfeit accumulated points, and the platform reserves the right to suspend or cancel the customer's membership immediately without legal liability.
An account containing the member customer's personal data will be created for the purpose of accumulating the customer's points balance.
The member customer must notify the platform of any change to their personal data. The platform will not be responsible for any loss of membership or accumulated points caused by the customer's failure to update their personal data.
If a business partner ends its partnership with Coupon & Points C&P and refuses to allow member customers to use their vouchers, the platform may cancel the points that customers earned from that business partner.
The platform reserves the right to take any necessary legal action if fraudulent activity is suspected or detected. In addition, the member customer may be liable for any losses incurred by the platform, including litigation costs and damages.
A member customer may claim any points not added to their membership account in connection with their purchases by asking the relevant business partner to approve and credit those points.
The platform will use reasonable efforts to avoid disruptions affecting the services provided through the platform. This commitment does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that servers or the platform will not experience downtime. The platform will not be liable for compensation relating to any associated transaction or for operational errors that may occur while providing services to a member customer.
The platform is not liable in any way for damages, losses, or costs incurred by any member customer, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of joining or using the platform.
Membership remains valid for as long as Coupon & Points C&P continues to operate, unless the membership is cancelled in accordance with these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions of Coupon & Points C&P, as amended from time to time, are final and binding on member customers. The platform reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to amend the terms, change the criteria for earning or redeeming points, or discontinue Coupon & Points C&P. If a member customer no longer satisfies one or more membership requirements, loses legal capacity for any reason, or violates any of these terms and conditions, the platform retains the exclusive right to cancel the membership or block the points balance without consulting the member customer.
The platform may refuse to issue a membership at any time and for any reason where activities that may harm the platform's policies are suspected. If the membership is terminated, suspended, or cancelled, or if the platform is discontinued for any reason and at any time, all points recorded in the member customer's membership account will automatically be cancelled. Any remaining refunded amount, if applicable, will be returned to the member customer.
All intellectual property rights relating to the platform, including its names, logos, and trademarks owned by or associated with the platform, are protected under applicable law.
